We hosted our first official cuisine taster party on Saturday with the theme “From Russia with Love”. In short the idea is that each couple prepare a small dish in accordance with the theme for all the other guests.
I remember Chris Sharma talking about climbing at the edge of his abilities, on a route that has never been climbed before. The point of the conversation was how to keep going – when do you give up and say it’s impossible? At that point he was falling off a route about 10meters into the water each time, for something like 50 tries already.
